Current Contracts

We are currently working in
partnership with Bucks County Council on a two year; refurbishment of County Hall in Friars Square in the
heart of Aylesbury. County Hall was built in 1964 and the first
foundation stone was laid by Sir Henry Floyd, Lord Lieutenant of
Buckinghamshire. The building stands 200 ft. high and consists
of 15 floors sitting above a complex containing the County Reference
Library, Aylesbury Register Office, and the County Record Office. Over
the two years we shall be refurbishing 8 of the 15 floors creating a
new, modern working space for staff.

We have been appointed as main
contractor to rebuild Turweston Manor; this is a Grade 2 listed 17th
Century manor house that was devastated by fire in October 2008, we
aim to restore this building to its original condition. The works will
include putting back all of the lath and plaster ceilings and ornate
coving, restoring and replacing oak wall paneling and all associated
work to bring the building back to its original condition. The value
of these works is in the region of 1.1 million pounds.

We are soon to be undertaking a
refurbishment and extension project at The Aylesbury Vale
Primary Pupil Referral Unit in The Abbey Centre in
Aylesbury for Bucks County Council for the value of £188,000.00.

We have been re-awarded our
ongoing contract with Punch Taverns that have in the region of 7500
pubs; for re-active maintenance to there outlets. We provide them with
a 24/7 service for all trades and we cover 600 of there outlets in our
region. We also carry out much larger projects for them refurbishing
pubs.
